A little bit about me...

Hello! My name is Quinn Bustos. I am from San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from Health Careers High School in 2018. During my four years there, I developed an interest in the medical field. But after spending time shadowing in a hospital, I realized that it was hard to imagine myself working as a nurse, surgeon, or physical therapist. With time I decided I wanted to merge my love of the medical field with writing and pursue a career in medical writing.

Later I moved to Socorro, New Mexico to attend New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (also known as New Mexico Tech). Currently I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication. After earning my degree I hope to promote better public understanding of health-related information as a medical writer. In my free time I enjoy playing the cello, swimming, going to Zumba class, and spending time with my friends and family.
